PTA

The PTA is a volunteer group of parents that organise social events for the whole school community. All families are automatically part of the PTA and their volunteering and support at the events is much needed and appreciated. The PTA raise funds to help support the school but specifically enables the staff to organise activities and trip that enrich their time at St Thomas More.

Easter Eggs and Bonnet competition

The school was alive with eggs, bunnies and bonnets. Many children had worked hard on their designs, almost half of the school made something to enter the competition and we shared this in a parade in the sunshine.

Congratulations to the winners shown below with their prizes donated by the PTA. First second and third for best egg and for best bonnet.

The PTA have paid for class trips for the Reception Theatre trip and for a Y2 trip to the Florence Nightingale Musuem. Other trips are planned for all year groups.
